WHO WON AT THE EOHCB DIGITAL COMPETITION?

The EOHCB (Employers’ Organisation for Hairdressing, Cosmetology & Beauty) hosted its second Digital Hair, Nail, and Make-up Artistry Competition late in 2022

SECTION 1

Gents Cut, Colour, and Style

1st Place Winner -Marlie van der Merwe (Cutting Edge Hair Salon)

2nd Place Winner -Varushka Govindasamy (Blu Gel Hair Studio)

3rd Place Winner -Shana Lee Smale (Blu Gel Hair Studio)

Entries opened on the 1st of July 2022 and closed on the 31st of October 2022.

All entries were done online via the EOHCB website (www.eohcb. co.za) with the 2022 competition providing for nine sections, of which one of the sections, The Gram Award 2022, was a public vote through Instagram.

The 2022 theme of the competition was ‘South African’ and all sections, except for the Gram Award 2022, had to portray a South African influence.
